Thanks to this process, not only is the implementation time reduced, but the gross floor area is superior to that of a traditional concrete or wood construction.<\/p>\n<p>From the get-go, the architectural intent was to create generous living spaces that are conceived in an innovative way. Therefore, the need to create an access to the roof quickly became obvious in order to enjoy a fitted terrace and to benefit from the breathtaking view. Thus, the future occupants will be able to enjoy 360\u00b0 of sunshine over an additional outdoor space.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-5572ed1\" data-id=\"5572ed1\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91e6562 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"91e6562\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>More than 600 linear meters of geothermal drilling have been completed on this contruction site since it began in late 2021, and which will be delivery early 2023.
